Service Description
Soraya Tailoring offer 30 minute in-person consultations to discuss your Bridal Alterations with one of our Bridal Specialists, in-store. This appointment allows you the chance to bring in your dress and get accurate information regarding what is possible/needed/recommended and pricing for what is involved. Please note: Bridal Consultations are not fittings, they are for in-person advice and quotes only. If you do wish to go ahead with your alterations and wish to have your fitting on the spot, this will depend on appointment availability on the day. It we can fit you in on the spot, our Bridal Specialist can go ahead pin your gown and book in your Alterations for you on the same day. Or alternatively, if we are fully booked, we can schedule you another appointment time to come back for your first fitting. Please also note: Brides are not required to book a consultation first, you may book your first fitting if you are ready to come in for your fitting. The consult option is for those looking for advice or questions before going ahead. Fee note: The fee for this appointment can be deducted from your bridal alterations if you choose to go ahead.
Cancellation Policy
Soraya Tailoring require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may forfeit your appointment fee. Please contact the corresponding boutique to request any changes to your appointment via phone.
