DO YOU HAVE A PRICELIST?
Sorry, we don't provide price lists due to the complex nature of alterations and the varying details, fabrics and construction methods used from garment to garment. However, if you would like an obligation free quote, please feel free to visit one of our boutiques or fill our one of our contact forms online with the garment and alteration details.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
At our Potts Point boutique we predominantly work on a walk-in basis. However, if you have a special request, we can happily make an appointment for you. We would also encourage you to book for groups, such as bridal parties, for custom-made fittings or for very large volumes of clothing to try on.

At our Crows Nest boutique, we do accept walk-ins, although bookings are preferred as we have a lot of bridal fittings each day, which can take 30-60 minutes each.
HOW LONG DO ALTERATIONS TAKE TO BE COMPLETED?
Our turnaround time for alterations can be flexible and our main goal is to work to your needs. Most alterations are usually completed in 3-7 days, with same day services accepted upon request and availability.

For bridal alterations we recommend 4-6 weeks for alterations, but we can complete even bridal alterations in under a week if needed.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SOMETHING ALTERED WHILE I WAIT?
For small repairs, buttons, simple hems etc. we can usually accomodate. However, we would recommend calling ahead with any urgent alteration needs to check on our workload and availability that day.
CAN I POST YOU SOMETHING TO BE ALTERED?
Sure thing! If you have an item that does not require a fitting, such as a repair or a shorten/lengthen by a set measurement, we can definitely do that via distance for you. Please give us a call ahead of sending the item to chat about the job first and then we can post the item back to you after completion.
